Mayflower Grand Hotel is located in Manhattan, New York bustling business district, covering an area of 4938 square feet. Five floors downstairs of the hotel is a historical government building, which will be reinforced for preservation. Five floors downstairs will serve as the hotel foundation, and built up 20-story steel structure, a total of 25 floors. Construction is started and expected to be completed by 2020.

The Hotel is located near the southernof Clintonin Manhattan's west, New York; north of Upper West Side of Manhattan, south of Chelsea, west of the Hudson River. The northeast side of Clinton is adjacent to downtown office area, surrounded by high-rise commercial buildings, and famous tourist attractions, such as Times Square, the Broadway Theater and other New York theater district.
